Mittoni now utilises a support ticket system to keep track of Sales Support, Accounts Support and RMA requests.
Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online
and by email. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests so that you
can review them at any time. A valid email address is required.
** Please note: We can only process RMA Requests for registered resellers that purchased the products directly from Mittoni.
